Garden City Park is a Town in Nassau County, New York, United States. The population was 7,554 at the 2000 census. Garden City Park is known for having one of Long Island's best soccer teams: "The Garden City Park Tide". Winning over 100 games and having 2 undefeated seasons. The Garden City Park Fire Department is known for once having one of the best racing teams in New York State, the Mustangs are 11 time champions of the 1st battalion and have recently brought back the racing team in an effort to bring back the glory to its department and its town.
