Basically there are two different type of VINYLS, Intermediates & Hi-Performance. The intermediate vinyls are more affordable, with around 4-6 years of durability. The Hi-Performance vinyl generally allows more colors to be available. The High Performance vinyl usually has a 7-9 year outdoor durability. It is more expensive than intermediate vinyl but well worth the costs for it's attributes. Gary always uses Hi-Performance vinyl on vehicles...."It's just better."
